ADJUSTABLE TIE BARS (REAR CONTROL ARMS) Productomschrijving After looking at the problems associated with the lack of adjustment on the 4 wheel drive vehicles, especially noticeable when the vehicle has been lowered we decided to look for the best solution. It was about this time that owners were starting to report in Europe that they were experiencing the rear control arms snapping so rather than looking at an eccentric bush replacement we decided to re-engineer the rear control arm to what it should have been in the first place. We started by adding the means of adjustment then added strengthening, especially as we appreciate that many of our customers may be using their vehicles on the track. Then we had polyurethane bushes made because they offer far better characteristics. After many months of rigorous testing we are now confident we have the perfect solution. If you ignore the obvious benefits of reducing uneven tire wear and improving the tire surface contact area, the seat of the pants ride is far better. If you just return the car to the OEM original geometry settings you find that the tram lining feel disappears and the turn in is far crisper, of course if you are willing to experiment with the settings to maximise any other modifications on your car then this set up is for you. you may be interested to know that the "Le Mans" or "S-lines" that come with the -20mm suspension also benefit from these arms in a big way. ALLOY ADJUSTABLE ACTUATOR FOR 2.0 FSiT ( not TFSi) Productomschrijving This actuator is designed specifically as a direct replacement for the MK5 VW Golf which utilises the 2.0 litre FSiT engine. This wastegate actuator, if assembled with the yellow colored spring, which is rated to a base pressure of 10-15 PSI, will increase the boost output of the application to a degree that will exceed the ability of the stock fuel system to maintain the necessary supply of fuel. Because of this, we must recommend that a high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) upgrade be installed, and the necessary fuel pump specific software also be utilized prior to the installation of this actuator. We recommend using software, that offers the ability to adjust boost, fuel, and timing settings to best compliment this wastegate actuator, paired with a HPFP upgrade, in order to be able to supply ample fueling. The actuator can be assembled with different springs upon request. Please contact us directly concerning this process. If this product is purchased with the intent of increasing the boost output of the turbocharged system, we cannot guarantee compatibility, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system. whether that system is factory or aftermarket. Alloy Boost Hard Pipe

Alloy Boost Hard Pipe Productomschrijving This alloy non-resonated boost hard pipe replaces the turbo resonated turbo outlet pipe ( runs from the turbo down the left hand side of the engine) on the 1.8T 225 hp engines as found in the Audi TT S3 225 hp (8N), SEAT Leon Cupra R. (uses original mounting brackets) The removal of the noise reasonator allows unobstructed flow on the discharge or boost side of the turbo. We have also modified the dent in the underside of the pipe that allows it to clear the cam cover and made it as shallow as possible, to just allow the pipe to fit, but not overdone as to impede airflow. These combined modifications give quicker spool up of the turbo and effectively reduces the load placed upon it. This pipe is available in two options: as a direct replacement for the original pipe as a direct replacement for the original pipe, but minus the recirculation valve hose connecter, for those that have a DV relocation kit.
