Blow Off Valve for VAG TSI 1.4 Twincharged engines Productomschrijving This valve kit is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.4 Tsi twincharged ( supercharged and turbocharged ) engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves ( 2 bolt fitting). It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the OEM valve, that have occurred. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and its boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement. We now have the worlds first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Washer Bottle Cover for VAG applications black Productomschrijving These alloy Windscreen Washer Reservoir caps are a real treat. Made from billet alloy, they are designed to replace the original plastic cap ( shown below ) as found on most Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda models. This will notfit the MK1 or Mk2 Audi TT though. If you wish to check compatability before ordering, the lip on the neck of the washer reservoir needs to be approximately 51 - 54 mm in diameter. We can supply our alloy caps in either polished or finished in anodised black. Simply select your prefered choice in the options below.
